Consultation Refunds

Initial consultations are offered without obligation and are intended to assess suitability and scope.

If you decide not to proceed following an initial consultation, no fees will be charged.

Contracted Services

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after entering into a service agreement.

Refunds apply only if service delivery has not yet commenced.

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where technically possible.

Services Already Started

If service delivery has begun, any refund will be calculated proportionally based on the work performed, preparation completed, and resources allocated.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for changes in personal, financial, or business circumstances after the agreement has been confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable administrative timeframe, subject to payment provider procedures.
